Each millsight camera is supplied with a local junction box, for terminating field cabling and power options. There are three models to match existing systems using; coax power, local power and external power. Additionally we have a solution for Sony YS-W230 power over coax for Sony cameras, enabling modern cameras to be used with these systems.
Local Power Box Powerbox with local DC power module - Used for powering the camera locally
- Integrated cable IP67 for DC power to camera and video from camera
- Power requirement 110 / 230 VAC
- Power outlet socket for millsight light, including dust cover when not used
- DIN rail DC power supply for camera
Power Over Coax Box  Power box with power-over-coax module - Used for powering camera using 'power over coax' option
- Integrated cable IP67 for DC power to camera and video from camera
- Supplied with power transmitter and receiver modules at each end of coax cable
- This option saves on field cabling and local camera power requirement
- No AC power required at box (however it can be adapted to terminate AC power for Millsight light)
External Power Box - Used when common power supply for multiple cameras
- Integrated cable IP67 for DC power to camera and video from camera
- Requires DC cable from common power supply
- No AC power required at box (however it can be adapted to terminate AC power for Millsight light)
Special for Sony YS-W230 power over coax  Powerbox with DC splitter module - These are often used on Hilcont Proweb systems using Sony Camera Adaptor YS-W230
- Only required when using Sony Camera Adaptor YS-W230 power over coax power supplies
- Allows use of other modern cameras to replace the original Sony cameras (typically used on older Honeywell Hildeco Hilcont systems)
- No AC power required at box (however it can be adapted to terminate AC power for Millsight light)
