Watermark Detection and Control

Accurate repeatable detection and verification of the position and quality detail of all watermarks in real time.

System looks for any defects (including holes or black spots) both inside and outsde the watermark area. Any defects are immediately alerted to the process operator. Live displays in 'stobe mode'. Full reporting system available.

Detects laid (Vergé) paperlines and watermark on laid paper, giving the ability to control the dandy roll tending and drive side alignment, achieving even laid lines accross the full web width.
