How to illuminate a fast moving process to give bright camera images

Good lighting is essential for any WMS camera system. Our compact LED light (Patent pending) is flicker free, and prevents fade-in fade-out when using fast camera shutter speeds. The light is synchronised with the camera (analog or digital GigE) and the LED's only turn on (flash) when the camera shutter is open.

The LED light ouput is also very white, ideal for illuminating any fast moving industrial process such as papermaking or print shop applications.

Energy costs are much less than traditional lighting, LED technology also give very long lifetime.

Easily adjustable light beam width for illuminating different areas of the paper web, no tools are required to make beam width adjustments.

Front glass is cool - preventing dirt and debris burning onto the glass - making it easy to keep clean.
